Return & Exchanges
- Due to the personal nature of skincare and body products, all sales are final unless products arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If your order arrived damaged:

  - Including photos of the damaged item and packaging
  - Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Heat-Sensitive Products

  - Natural butters and oils can melt in transit
  - Product texture may change due to temperature
  - Melting does not affect product quality
  - We recommend bringing package indoors and refrigerating for 1-hour. Let rest for 30 minutes on counter.
