Refund policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Harmony & Bliss. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we offer flexible return options to make it right. 

Return Options:

• Full Refund- If you're not completely satisfied.
• Store Credit- Perfect if you'd like to try something else later.
• Exchange- Swap for another product you'd love more. 

Return Requirements:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Item must be no more than 50% used. 
• Original purchase receipt is required for all returns. No receipt= no refund, store credit, or change. 
• Item must be returned in their original container. 

Not Eligible for Return:

• Products that are completely used or empty.
• Final sale, custom, or limited-edition items.
• Returns without proof of purchase. 

To Start a Return:

1. Contact us at harmonyandblissshop@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
2. Choose your preferred return option: refund, store credit, or exchange.
3. We'll send you return instructions and a label (if applicable).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your request within 3-5 business days.
